PROGRAM IMPLEMENTED BY LYNMMSS

 The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is a flagship program of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) focused on skill development and vocational training in India. Launched in 2015, it aims to enable and incentivize youth to take up skill training, ultimately enhancing their employability and livelihood. PMKVY provides free short-term training, skill certification, and monetary rewards to certified candidates. 

 The Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) includes a significant skill training component aimed at building a skilled workforce to support the mission's objectives of providing functional household tap connections in rural India. This training focuses on various aspects of water supply, including construction, plumbing, electrical work, water quality management, and more. The mission aims to empower individuals with the necessary skills to contribute to the construction, maintenance, and operation of water supply systems.  

 The Entrepreneurship and Employment-Linked Skill Training Programme (ELSTP) is a skill development initiative by the Uttarakhand Skill Development Mission (UKSDM). It aims to enhance the employability of youth through short-term, NSQF-aligned skill training, leading to wage or self-employment. The program focuses on providing free, industry-relevant training, particularly targeting underserved and rural populations in Uttarakhand. 

 Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is a skill training and placement program for rural youth from poor families, under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). It aims to transform them into an economically independent and globally relevant workforce. The program focuses on providing demand-driven, placement-linked skill training to rural poor youth, with an emphasis on post-placement tracking and career progression.

 The "Seekho aur Kamao" (Learn and Earn) scheme is a skill development initiative by the Ministry of Minority Affairs in India, focused on empowering minority youth through skill training and job placement. The scheme aims to enhance employability and enable self-employment opportunities for minority communities by providing training in both modern and traditional vocations. 

 Project Saksham is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative focused on skill development and vocational training, often targeting women and youth. Various companies and organizations implement Project Saksham, with a common goal of empowering individuals through skills training, job placement, and entrepreneurship support.
